All the repair centers in our global service network provide services in strict accordance with Pronotek's own standards and ISO standards. All maintenance operations are carried out using original spare parts and in accordance with the manufacturer's specification requirements.

You can send the vacuum pump to us or we can arrange for its transportation to your nearest Pronotek repair center. Upon receiving your vacuum pump, we will immediately inspect it and conduct a running test. Then, disassemble the device and inspect all the parts one by one. We will report all situations that do not meet the standard requirements and take them as the basis for providing maintenance suggestions. At the same time, we will forward a copy to you.

Once you agree to carry out the work we suggest, we will clean all the parts and replace the worn or damaged parts with the original ones. During the reassembly period, we will calibrate all parts in accordance with the tolerance requirements specified by the manufacturer.

The assembled device will undergo comprehensive testing to ensure it is in the best operating condition. All test results will be archived in the test log. Finally, all the devices were repainted. The returned devices or those reinstalled on site will be the same as the new ones, accompanied by complete record files of all operations and test results.
